In the clip, shared on TikTok by Olivia, the woman’s daughter, she explains that her mother told the band’s violinist that she played the violin, and he offered her his instrument in the middle of a song. “They didn’t expect her to rock it,” says the caption inserted in the video.
In a jaw-dropping scene, Olivia’s mother starts to give a violin show, driving the bar’s patrons wild. The video has already been viewed over 6 million times and has received more than 12 thousand comments.
“The violinist is thinking: ‘I’m going to lose my job’,” joked a TikTok user. “She said: ‘Hold my handkerchief’,” said another. “This is the most ‘main character’ moment I’ve ever seen,” declared a third internet user.
In the comments, the woman’s daughter revealed that her mother has a classical background and that her father introduced her to country music. Both of them play in two bands, Coconut Radio Band and Barney’s Bullet.
